Roulo is for adults only. By using the service you confirm you are 18 or older.
Conduct
Conversations are unmoderated and happen in real time between you and a stranger. You agree not to use Roulo for anything illegal, including but not limited to: nudity or sexual content, harassment or threats, content involving minors in any form, recording or distributing another user's video without consent, or attempts to defraud, spam, or harm other users. Use the Next button to leave any conversation instantly.
No warranty
Roulo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for the behavior or content of users you meet. Connections depend on your network; some pairs of networks cannot connect directly and will be skipped automatically.
Advertising
The service is funded by third-party advertising. Ads are provided by external networks; we do not endorse advertised products and are not a party to any transaction between you and an advertiser.
Local laws and jurisdiction
Roulo respects the laws of every jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring that using a random video chat service is lawful where you live, and you must not use Roulo where it is prohibited. If a government, regulator, or court restricts or blocks access to Roulo in a territory, we honor that decision — we do not provide or endorse means of circumventing lawful blocks. We will cooperate with lawful requests from authorities; note that because conversations are peer-to-peer and never pass through our servers, we hold no chat content, recordings, or user identities to produce.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
